Leaf of Archaeopteris halliana (Göpp) Stur from the Uppermost Devonian of Bear Island (Bjørnøya), an island in the Arctic Ocean between the mainland of Norway and the Svalbard archipelago. Collected by Hans-Joachim Schweitzer some of the years 1967-1972. The specimen is figured in Palaeontographica B 274 (Schweitzer, H.-J.,2006).
