Research Interests
Daniela's research interests are paleoenvironmental reconstructions, paleobotany, biostratigraphy, and paleoclimate. Currently, Daniela is devoted to studying the changes in morphology and adaptation of flora before and after mass extinction events, particularly the End-Triassic extinction event. Additionally, she is particularly interested in climate variability based on fossil plant leaves.
