Education

Research Interests

I am interested in the use of phylogenomics, transcriptomics and genomics for studying diversity and evolution, and I am particularly interested on the study of invertebrates. At the NRM I am using transcriptomes to study the evolution of the acoel worms (Acoelomorpha). I am also involved in the study of different groups of gastropods and crustaceans using low coverage genomes.
