In everyday life, they are our best friends. When a catastrophe hits, they become our superheroes.

This is the story of the life-saving superpowers and extraordinary bravery of some of the world’s most remarkable dogs.

• Halo, the puppy, who together with her super human Cat, is training to save lives. Their bond and love creates a strong partnership, and superpowers.
  
• Reef, a 4 year old Newfoundland and life saver who patrols the Italian coast line.
  
• Ricochet, a golden retriever from California who provides canine assisted surfing to empower and improve the quality of life for individuals with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities.
  
• win Bloodhound brothers, Tipper and Tony have spent their lives protecting the animals of the Lewa Wildlife Conservancy in Kenya. They are expert trackers, with the most precise nose of any dog and can follow a scent for miles.
  
• Henry and his human Ian Bunbury, are a Senior Avalanche Rescue Dog Team working as volunteers with the Canadian Avalanche Rescue Dog Association.
