Research on nematodes
Research Interests
My main area of interest is nematode taxonomy and phylogeny involving the use of both morphological and molecular data. I am currently working on the systematics of marine Chromadorid nematodes of Sweden, and Phylogenomics of members of the phylum in general. Bioinformatics and analysis of large data using various open-source tools are also areas in which I have keen interest. My goal is to develop my expertise in identification of nematodes from all habitats and contribute to the current understanding of the relationships within the phylum.
