Schweitzer Collection
The collection includes 2411 specimens of plant fossils collected mainly by Professor Hans-Joachim Schweitzer. The material origins mainly from three areas, Germany, The Arctic, and Iran/Afghanistan. The geological age varies from Silurian to Neogene. 1975 specimens are identified to Genus level and 616 specimens in the collection are published in 36 scientific papers.
