Research interests

  • Analytical development of laser ablation ICP-MS techniques and development of mineral standards
  • Controls on trace element distributions and isotope systematics in accessory minerals to improve understanding of thermometric and thermochronological data
  • Field studies of metamorphism and geodynamics: using the isotope- and trace-element systematics of accessory- and major minerals to constrain the rates of metamorphic and tectonic processes
