Flora Nordica
The 'Flora Nordica' project is led from the Swedish Museum of Natural History in cooperation with the Bergius foundation, and combines the efforts of many specialists in the Nordic countries to work out a scientific taxonomic and biogeographical treatment of wild, naturalized, and casual plants occurring in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Faroes, and the Norwegian Arctic Islands.
At the department of phanerogamic botany, Thomas Karlsson is writing many genera for the flora, and is also engaged in coordinating various parts of the work.
