Other Projects

The collections at the Swedish Museum of Natural History are large and considerable potential exists for reinvestigation of existing material. Furthermore the international status of the department means that new material or even material collected sometime ago is bought to our attention. These often warrant further investigation for their importance in understanding plant evolution and providing information on the past diversity of plants. Presently there are a number of small projects arising out of collaboration with other Institutes, and as a result of visits from guest researchers.
