Library

The Department of Mineralogy and the Laboratory for Isotope Geology have a joint research library, located on the 5th floor in the south wing of the museum building. The library contains journals, books, research articles and reports in geology and mineralogy, as well as geological maps and descriptions over Sweden. At first hand, the library is for internal use by the researchers at the museum.

A computer database for searching literature in the different department libraries within the museum is available at the link below. Unfortunately, the literature at the geological library (mineralogy / isotope geology) can not be accessed though this database.
